Welcome to Buzzin With the Best Live, a live music review and entertainment program hosted by Chantelle Bee and Lil Teflon. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for submitting music, participating in our shows, and using our website and related services.
By submitting music, participating in a live show, or using our submission services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Show
Buzzin With the Best Live provides independent artists and musicians with opportunities to submit music for consideration, participate in live music reviews, and potentially have their work featured during our programming.
Submission does not guarantee that a song will be reviewed, played, featured, promoted, or selected for any award, prize, or other opportunity.
2. Music Submissions
By submitting music to us, you confirm that:

You own the music or have permission from all necessary copyright owners to submit it.

You have obtained permission from any featured artists, producers, songwriters, or other contributors when required.

Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

The information you provide with your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submission complies with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to reject or remove a submission that does not meet our submission requirements.
3. Permission to Review and Feature Your Music
By submitting your music, you give Buzzin With the Best Live permission to use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to:

Play or display the submitted music during a review.

Discuss and critique the music on the show.

Display your artist name, song title, artwork, and publicly provided artist information.

Promote the episode or segment in which your music appears.

Create clips, previews, promotional posts, thumbnails, and other promotional material related to the show.
This permission is intended for the operation and promotion of Buzzin With the Best Live and does not transfer ownership of your copyright to us.
You retain ownership of your music and other intellectual property.
4. Music Reviews and Opinions
Reviews are based on the opinions of the hosts, reviewers, guests, or audience members participating in the program.
A review may include positive or negative comments about a song, performance, production, lyrics, vocals, mixing, artwork, or other creative elements.
A review is an opinion and entertainment commentary, not a guarantee of commercial success, professional placement, chart performance, or future opportunities.
Artists agree that submitting music means they understand that honest opinions may be expressed about their work.
5. Live Broadcasts
Our shows may be livestreamed, recorded, replayed, clipped, or otherwise made available online.
By participating in a live show, appearing on camera, joining a livestream, or communicating with the hosts during a broadcast, you understand that your participation may be recorded and publicly distributed.
We may use portions of broadcasts for:

Short-form videos
-
Social media clips
-
Promotional materials

Show highlights
6. Artist Information
If you provide your artist name, social-media information, website, biography, photograph, album artwork, or other promotional information, you authorize us to display that information in connection with your submission and show promotion.
You are responsible for making sure you have permission to provide any photographs, artwork, logos, or other materials you submit.
7. Explicit or Mature Content
Artists are responsible for identifying music that contains explicit, mature, violent, sexual, or otherwise sensitive material.
We may decide that certain content is unsuitable for a particular broadcast, platform, audience, or age group.
Submission of explicit music does not guarantee that the complete version will be played.
8. Respectful Conduct
Participants, artists, hosts, guests, and viewers are expected to behave respectfully.
We do not permit:

Threats

Hate-based attacks

Bullying

Spam

Deliberate disruption of broadcasts

Impersonation

Fraudulent submissions

Attempts to manipulate voting or contests

Copyright infringement
We may remove participants from a livestream or decline future submissions when appropriate.
9. Prizes and Awards
If an episode or event includes a prize, giveaway, award, or other promotional opportunity, additional rules may apply.
Winning a prize or award does not automatically mean that the winning artist is being endorsed by the show.
Any prize conditions, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and claim instructions will be provided with the applicable promotion.
10. No Guarantee of Exposure
Submitting music to Buzzin With the Best Live does not guarantee:

Airplay

A live review

A positive review
-
Social-media promotion
-
New followers
-
Record-label interest
-
Playlist placement
-
Sales
-
Streams
-
Awards
-
Contest winnings
-
Future bookings
Artists should submit with the understanding that music reviews are provided for entertainment, discussion, and artist exposure.
11. Third-Party Websites
Our show may reference or link to third-party services, music platforms, social-media platforms, submission websites, streaming services, or artist websites.
We are not responsible for the policies, availability, security, content, or practices of third-party websites.
Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Privacy
We may collect information necessary to process submissions and communicate with artists, such as an artist name, email address, song information, and links provided with a submission.
We will use submitted information for purposes related to operating the show, communicating with participants, reviewing submissions, and promoting the program.
Do not submit confidential information that you do not want shared publicly.
13. Copyright Complaints
If you believe material appearing on our program or website infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient information for us to investigate the concern.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the show, website, submission process, or applicable requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or discontinue a submission, participation opportunity, or access to our services when we reasonably determine that it is necessary to protect the show, its participants, its audience, or our operations.

Buzzin With the Best Live is an entertainment and music-review program. Information, commentary, reviews, opinions, and promotional statements made during the program are provided for entertainment and informational purposes.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any artist review, recommendation, prediction, or commentary.
