Welcome to Buzzin With The Best! Our live music review contests are designed to showcase talented artists, provide constructive feedback, and reward outstanding performances in a fun, competitive environment.

Eligibility

  • Contest entry is open to artists who submit their music through our official submission form.

  • All submitted music must be your original work, or you must have permission from the copyright owner to submit it.

  • By entering, you confirm that you have the legal right to have your music played on our live show.

SPIN WHEEL - We Spin the wheel at the end of every episode and all of the artists that we played on the show who have submitted  there tracks will all be on the spin wheel for a Chance to win a prize

if you submitted your track but was not played you can email us or check back next episode to see if your track will be played or not.

Music Submission

  • Submission does not guarantee your song will be played or reviewed during the show.

  • Songs may be selected based on time, show format, quality, and overall suitability.

  • Please ensure your music links are working and publicly accessible.

Judging 

  • Winners may be selected by the hosts, guest judges, audience voting, or a combination of these methods, depending on the contest.

  • All judging decisions are final.

  • Scores and opinions are subjective and based on individual taste, experience, and the rules of each contest.

Prize Information

  • Prize amounts and rewards may vary from one contest to another.

  • Winners will be contacted using the information provided on their submission form.

  • Physical prizes may take up to 30 days to arrive by mail, depending on your location and shipping carrier.

  • Digital prizes are typically delivered within 24 hours after winner verification but may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

  • Winners are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

  • Avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or hateful language.

If you win a physical prize, you will be required to complete a prize-claim form with the information needed to send your prize.

📦 Please allow up to 30 days for your prize to arrive by mail. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping circumstances.

Important:

  • Physical prizes will be sent as awarded.
  • Prizes cannot be substituted for cash.
  • We will not provide a PayPal payment or cash equivalent in place of the advertised physical prize.
  • Once the required form is completed, the prize will be processed for mailing.
  • The winner is responsible for providing accurate mailing information.

By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge and agree to these prize delivery terms.

💻 DIGITAL PRIZE DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

If you win a digital prize during a Buzzin’ with the Best live music review show, you must first claim your prize within the required 24-hour claim period.

📧 To claim your prize, you must contact us at info@chantellebee.ca using the same email address you used when submitting your track.

Once your claim has been received, verified, and approved by email, your digital prize will be sent to you electronically.

⏰ Digital Prize Delivery Time:
Please allow up to 48 hours from the time your prize claim is approved for your digital product to be delivered.

Important:

  • You must claim your prize within 24 hours after the live show ends.

  • You must use the same email address associated with your track submission.

  • Your prize claim must be verified and approved before the digital product is sent.

  • Delivery can take up to 48 hours after approval.

  • Failure to claim your prize within the 24-hour deadline will result in the prize being forfeited.
