We’re not like other music review shows! At Buzzin with the Best, we do our best to play the FULL TRACK of every submission whenever possible. While there may occasionally be times when we can’t play an entire track because of time or technical limitations, this doesn’t happen very often. Our goal is always to give artists as much airtime as we can!

By submitting your music to Buzzin With The Best, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This is a live music review and entertainment show. The hosts, guest judges, panel members, and viewers may express honest, unfiltered opinions about the music submitted. These opinions are based on personal taste, experience, and individual perspectives and should not be taken as facts.

Please be aware that strong language, mature conversations, and expressive criticism may be used throughout the show. Viewer comments and live chat messages are public, and while we encourage respectful interaction, we cannot control what members of the audience say or how they express their opinions. We do not endorse offensive, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate comments made by viewers.

The purpose of this platform is not to insult, humiliate, or discourage artists. Our goal is to provide honest feedback that can help artists grow, improve their craft, and better prepare for the realities of the music industry. Constructive criticism is a normal part of an artist's journey, and even the world's biggest artists continue to receive feedback throughout their careers.

Not every review will be positive. Some comments may be direct, blunt, or even poorly worded at times. If something is said that you don't agree with, we encourage you to remain professional, keep an open mind, and take away whatever advice you find valuable. Growth comes from learning, not from taking criticism personally.

We ask all artists, supporters, and viewers to:

  • Respect the hosts, guests, and fellow artists.

  • Avoid personal attacks, harassment, threats, or hate speech.

  • Understand that music is subjective—everyone hears it differently.

  • Keep disagreements civil and professional.

🎵 MULTIPLE TRACK SUBMISSION & PLAY-TIME DISCLAIMER

Artists are welcome to submit multiple tracks at no additional cost. However, submitting multiple tracks does not guarantee that every track will be played during the same live show.

We receive a different number of submissions each show, and on busy nights we may receive 30 or more tracks. Because our show has limited airtime, we may only be able to play one track per artist during a particular show.

We will always do our best to play additional tracks when time allows. If we have finished playing the other scheduled submissions and there is still time available, we may play a 2nd, 3rd, or additional track from an artist during that same show.

However, additional tracks are not guaranteed to be played on the same show unless the artist purchases the optional $10 “Play 2nd Track” add-on.

The $10 Play 2nd Track option is completely optional and is available for artists who want to ensure their second submitted track is included in that specific live show.

Without the add-on, additional tracks may be moved to a future show if there is not enough time available.

⏰ WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS

Every show is different. Some nights may have fewer submissions, while other nights can be extremely busy. For example, during a slower show, we may have enough time to play several tracks from one artist. During a very busy show, we may only have enough time for one.

We cannot guarantee a specific amount of airtime for free submissions because the number of submissions and available show time can change from one show to another.

🐝 OUR PROMISE

We will always do our best to give submitted music a fair opportunity to be heard and reviewed during our live music review shows.

By submitting multiple tracks for free, you acknowledge that additional tracks are subject to available airtime and are not guaranteed to be played during the same show.

The Play 2nd Track add-on is available for artists who want to guarantee their second track's inclusion in that show's playlist, subject to the show's normal submission and content requirements.

🏆 Physical Prize Delivery Disclaimer

If you win a physical prize, you will be required to complete a prize-claim form with the information needed to send your prize.

📦 Please allow up to 30 days for your prize to arrive by mail. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping circumstances.

Important:

  • Physical prizes will be sent as awarded.
  • Prizes cannot be substituted for cash.
  • We will not provide a PayPal payment or cash equivalent in place of the advertised physical prize.
  • Once the required form is completed, the prize will be processed for mailing.
  • The winner is responsible for providing accurate mailing information.

By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge and agree to these prize delivery terms.

💻 DIGITAL PRIZE DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

If you win a digital prize during a Buzzin’ with the Best live music review show, you must first claim your prize within the required 24-hour claim period.

📧 To claim your prize, you must contact us at info@chantellebee.ca using the same email address you used when submitting your track.

Once your claim has been received, verified, and approved by email, your digital prize will be sent to you electronically.

⏰ Digital Prize Delivery Time:
Please allow up to 48 hours from the time your prize claim is approved for your digital product to be delivered.

Important:

  • You must claim your prize within 24 hours after the live show ends.

  • You must use the same email address associated with your track submission.

  • Your prize claim must be verified and approved before the digital product is sent.

  • Delivery can take up to 48 hours after approval.

  • Failure to claim your prize within the 24-hour deadline will result in the prize being forfeited.
